Here I am putting i the floor. It's a lot harder than it looks on HGTV!

We got estimates for replaceing the pine with oak, but for the cost of doing that for this room we could do the dinning and living room ourselves.

Oh it sounded like such a good idea.

We decided to put in Engineered lock and flod floors. Its kinda between real hardwood, and laminate floors. The top is made of Oak, and underneith is a composite. So these floors can be sanded and refinished once or twice, but not buy us.
